Junior Lacuesta was born and raised in Hawaii, where he was taught how to cook authentic Hawaiian-style food by his family. In 2011, Junior decided to move his family to Lewiston where he continued his love of cooking authentic Hawaiian-style food through a small catering business. Fast forward a few years and that small catering operation has blossomed into one of the LC Valley's favorite lunch spots, IMUA!
